Senior Architect

One Works is looking for a talented Senior Architect to join our Team in Milan .

The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients and Authorities, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences and resolve construction challenges.

The candidate will work directly with the Project Director and the Head of Discipline and he/she will be part of various Projects, mixed use masterplan to workspaces, hospitality and leisure, public, educational and residential buildings.

We believe that successful projects are derived from a truly integrated approach to the design process, where the core disciplines are bound by creativity and innovation to produce a design that meets the needs for everybody involved.

• Master's Degree in Architecture.
• More than 8 years of working experience in Architectural firms.
• International experience will be considered a bonus.
• Experience in leading a project.
• Experience across all design work stages.
• Intermediate knowledge of Revit.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCad and 3D Software (Rhinoceros,  Sketch Up).
• Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong skills in problem solving and adaptability.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team.
• Local requirements (p.iva and iscrizione all'Albo) 
• English and Italian fluency
