We're hiring! Join our special Hiring Day on Wednesday 9th April in Venice (Marghera) and discover what it's like to be part of our dynamic team.  

Get a first-hand look at life at One Works with an office tour, engaging presentations on our work in Italy and abroad, and one-to-one interviews with the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to connect with our engineers and develop a career at one of Italy’s leading design and consultancy practices. 

We're looking for talented professionals to join the team in the following roles:

 

  • Structural Engineer (0-5 years' experience) 

  • Senior Structural Engineer (5-15 years' experience) 

  • Civil Engineer - Aviation 

  • BIM Specialist - Structures (0-5 years' experience) 

  • BIM Coordinator (5-8 years' experience) 

  • BIM Team Leader - Structures 

  • Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager/ Computista

Minimum requirements include: 

  • Master’s degree in architecture or engineering 

  • Proficiency in Italian and English 

  • VAT registration (PIVA) 

  • Membership of the National Register 

Wednesday 9th April - Details of the day:

  • 2:00 pm: Welcome and One Works Office Tour 

  • 2:10 pm: 20 min Presentations on Key Projects and Company Culture 

  • 2.30 pm: One-on-One Interviews
