Job description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Architect to join our team in Tel Aviv. 
The selected candidate will support the development of architectural projects from a technical and coordination perspective, with a strong focus on BIM workflows, construction documentation, and design implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production of architectural and technical documentation (plans, sections, details);

  • Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary design teams (MEP, structural, consultants);

  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of the BIM environment;

  • Participate in design development phases, ensuring consistency between concept and execution;

  • Help improve workflow efficiency through digital tools and technology-driven approaches;

  • Collaborate closely with senior architects and project leaders on ongoing projects.

Job requirements

  • Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer;

  • 2-5 years of experience in an architectural firm or design environment;

  • Familiarity with BIM-based workflows (Revit knowledge is a plus);

  • Strong attention to detail and technical mindset;

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across disciplines;

  • Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus);

  • Experience in large-scale projects (infrastructure, transportation, public buildings) is an advantage.
