BIM Specialist / Plumbing

One Works is looking for a BIM Specialist to join the team in our office in Venice/Milan.

The activity consists:

• Modeling of hydraulic systems (drainage systems)

• Management of information and extracting it from the models

• Extract quantities from models

• Editing of technical drawings

• Working within a team in various types of projects and at all levels of design

• Coordination with professionals in other business areas and any external disciplines

• Attend and contribute to project meetings

• Master Degree in Engineering or Architecture

• Experience in the field of Plumbing Discipline

• Ability to read technical documents.

• Excellent knowledge of the Autodesk Revit

• Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D

• Ability to create and manipulate Revit families

• Knowledge of the parametric design environment for MEP

• Design of drainage systems is a plus

• Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel)

• Fluent knowledge of English
