One Works is looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our team in Milan.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to provide BIM support, including project model configuration, file export, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the project team leadership to develop the project-specific BIM implementation plan.
  • Develop and manage BIM content to ensure a healthy model with smooth operation.
  • Understand BIM standards and guidelines at the enterprise level. Make sure the models follow all internal and customer-specific standards.
  • Attend BIM meetings to share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned.
  • Identify ways to help staff become more efficient in projects through customization, scripting, and other automations.

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience as BIM Coordinator.
  • Relevant and proven practical experience in implementing workflow efficiency gains.
  • General knowledge of the operational functions of the BIM Authoring and Code & Model Checking software.
  • Experience in 3D coordination (clash detection) with Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Ability to create and manipulate Revit families.
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Knowledge of the parametric design environment.
  • Professional knowledge of English in conversation, reading and writing.
  • Problem solving and adaptability.
  • Eager to improve the efficiency of design processes through new technologies and digital innovations.
